Towanda swept Athens during junior high girls’ hoops action. The A team won 34-27 while the B team was victorious 23-21.

Mile Santiago had 21 points to lead the A team as Nina Gallagher added eight. Jewels Strickland and Gemma Brown had two points apiece, with Bristol Edsell netting one.

Strickland had 10 points to lead the B team with Elli Thompson scoring seven. Jonna Miller had three, Harmony scored two, as Zoey Benscotter notched one.
