NTL CROSS-COUNTRY: WYALUSING HAS A FEW HIGHLIGHTS IN 2025 (November 10, 2025)

BY CHRIS MANNING
Northern Tier Sports Report
With a new coach the Wyalusing cross-country teams saw plenty of highlights this season as both battled for NTL Small School titles.

The two squads came up just short of league championships, with the boys falling to Canton and eventual winners Sullivan County in close dual matches, while the girls battled with the Griffins, as well.

Individually Aidan Neiley was well on his way to a state berth at districts when he was forced to drop out of the race. Freshman Griffin Sheldon led the Rams with a top 20 finish.

The Lady Rams finished fourth overall at districts as Megan King, Camryn Gesford, Riley Porter, and Ireland Coats all had top 20 finishes.

Looking ahead the boys return everybody next year as they continue to rebuild, while the girls will have some big shoes to fill in King and Porter.
