WYALUSING — NEB edged out Troy to claim the Ice Breaker Girls’ Junior High Basketball Tournament title on Saturday.

The Panthers won 42-32 over the Trojans, while Towanda defeated the hosts, Wyalusing, to take third.

The tournament also featured Canton, Athens, Tunkhannock, Susquehanna, Wyoming Area, and Hughesville.
