NTL WRESTLING: NEB'S HOWLAND, ALEXANDER REACH SEMIFINALS AT JIM THORPE TOURNAMENT (December 29, 2025)

JIM THORPE — NEB’s Kale Howland (160), and Mason Alexander (114) both reached the semifinals at the Jim Thorpe Christmas Tournament Monday.

Alex Gomez (145), Ben Ellis (215), and Hunter Comstock (127) are all still alive in the consolations.

Howland went 4-0 on the day with all of them falls, three of them in the first period. He’ll face Hughesville’s Kile Hartman in the final four.

Alexander went 3-0 on the day with a tech fall, a pin, and a 22-10 major decision. He gets Tamaqua’s Rylan Reitz in the semifinals.

Comstock went 2-1 on the day with a pair of decisions, and gets Hughesville’s Cameron Styron in the consolations.

Ellis went 2-1 on the day with a fall, and a 7-0 decision before losing in the quarterfinals. Gomez also reached the quarterfinals as he went 3-1 on the day with two falls, and a tech fall.

Connor Eastabrook (152), and Kelton Raymond (145) both went 1-2, with Maddex Rooker (133), Russell Martin (172), and William Chappell (139) all went 0-2.
