AOW: NEB'S BEEBE, CANTON'S ROCKWELL POST BIG WEEKS (January 18, 2026)

The weeks getter more and more exciting as NTL hoops ratchets up, while NTL wrestling comes to a close. For girls NEB’s Leah Beebe hit a big milestone, while Canton’s Carson Rockwell went undefeated to help the Warriors to a 3-1 week.

Beebe scored her 1,000th career point this past week as they picked up a big win over Muncy, and a league victory at Williamson. She had 21 points in the win over the Warriors, when she got the milestone, and 12 points in the win over previously undefeated Muncy to be the Female Athlete of the Week.

For the boys Canton went 3-1 as they had four matches in five days, going a long way towards clinching a district duals berth. Rockwell went 4-0 with three falls, and a 14-1 major decision, earning him the Male Athlete of the Week honors.
