NTL BOYS' BASKETBALL: TOWANDA ROLLS PAST CV (January 21, 2026)

TOWANDA — Towanda saw four players hit double figures as they topped CV, 75-50, during NTL boys’ hoops action Wednesday.

The Knights jumped out to a 21-9 lead and steadily pulled away from there.

Darrius Farrell netted 17 to lead the Knights, as Lucas Vincent, and Boom Thompson had 14 points each. 

Markell Garner added 11, with Landon Clark scoring nine. Keegan Stroud, and Graham Welles had five points each to round out the scorers.

Josh Teague, and Levi Stahli had 14 points each to lead CV.

Farrell hit two 3-balls in the first quarter for six points to lead the Knights, with Garner and Stroud both netting five.

In the second they out scored the Indians 20-13 behind eight from Vincent, and six more out of Garner.

Farrell got hot in the third, netting two 3-balls, while Thompson had five as Towanda extended their lead to 60-38.

Thompson had six points in the fourth to lead the Knights.

Towanda (12-3) will travel to Canton on Friday.
