NTL GIRLS' WRESTLING: TOWANDA'S SLUYTER CLAIMS TITLE AT WILLIAMSPORT SHOWCASE (February 1, 2026)

WILLIAMSPORT — Kaylen Sluyter paced Towanda’s sixth place finish at the at the Williamsport Showcase on Saturday.

Sluyter (112) went 4-0 to take first with three falls and a tech.

Lia Fischer (136), Kendal Cook (148), and Adalee Wecker (170) all brought home fourth place finishes.

Fischer went 4-2 with three falls and a 7-1 decision, Cook went 4-2 with three falls, and an 8-3 decision, while Wecker lost her first match then scored four straight falls to get into the bronze medal match.

Kaylie Johnson (100), Hailey Harbst (106), Ily Benjamin (142), and Elizabeth Naughton (155) all went 2-2, as Kylie Johnson (124), and Kenzie Brown (130) were 1-2. Sophia Smallwood (190) went 0-2.
