COLLEGE: SULLIVAN'S HIGLEY, WILLIAMSON'S SOTTOLANO BOTH GET WINS (February 7, 2026)

College wrestling is geared up for another conference weekend. Sullivan County’s Nate Higley and Bellarmine are taking on Campbell. Williamson’s Kade Sottolano and Lock Haven are taking on Rider. 
    
Nate Higley gets the call to the mat this evening, taking on Jonathon Chang of Campbell. Higley gets the fall in 1:32 to add 6 team points to the board for Bellarmine. Bellarine wins the dual 31-9. 
    
Kade Sottolano takes on Hogan Swenski of Rider. Sottolano with the win by decision 4-2. Lock Haven loses the dual 29-12. 
     
Our local wrestlers continue to make strides at the next level.
