WRESTLING
Saturday, February 14

North Section at Wellsboro, 10 a.m.: The Valentine’s Day brawl as the first step towards Hershey begins at the Hornet’s Nest. The top four wrestlers in each weight class advance to the District IV Championships.

GIRLS WRESTLING
Saturday, February 14

District IV Championships at Williamsport, 10 a.m.: NEB and Towanda (& Wyalusing) will be there along with Athens, Wellsboro, and Williamson as the best in the district descends on Williamsport. The top five move on to Regionals two weeks later.

BOYS BASKETBALL
Monday, February 9

NP-Mansfield (12-9) at Towanda (17-4), 7:30 p.m.: The Knights need a win here and/or an Athens loss to clinch the NTL Large School title. The Tigers won the first meeting 56-47.

Wyalusing (6-19) at Athens (13-7), 7:30 p.m.: A rare late afternoon start time as the girls will be after. The Rams have three games in four days to end the season, while the Wildcats are still playing for a league title, but need to win and need some help from NP-Mansfield.

Tuesday, February 10
Wyalusing (6-19) at Sullivan County (18-3), 7:30 p.m.: The Rams hit the road to Laporte to take on a Sullivan team that has locked up the top seed in the District IV, Class A playoffs.

Thursday, February 12
Towanda/Athens at NEB, 7 p.m.: The Panthers will host either team - they’ve beaten both - in the first round of the NTL Showcase. The winner moves to the final on Saturday at Mansfield University with a 7:30 p.m. start.

Towanda in NTL Showcase, 7 p.m.: If the Knights win the league title they host NPL, if they fall to second they travel to NEB. They beat NPL earlier in the year, but lost to NEB in overtime.

Wyalusing (6-19) at CMVT (6-11), 7:30 p.m.: A game moved from way back in December, the Rams end the season with a long road trip to Bloomsburg.

Saturday, February 14
NTL Showcase at Mansfield University, 7:30 p.m.: The boys final will feature new teams this year as Troy defeated NP-Mansfield last season.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Monday, February 9

Wellsboro (4-17) at Troy (18-3), 7:30 p.m.: The Trojans have sealed up the second seed in the District IV Tournament, and come into the game on a 12-game win streak.

NEB (18-2) at CV (4-17), 7:30 p.m.: The Panthers can still catch Muncy for the top seed in the District IV, Class A Tournament as they have some big games left to end the season. CV is looking to hold off Montgomery for the seventh seed.

Canton (16-5) at Williamson (8-12), 7:30 p.m.: The Warriors are holding out hope they can catch Northwest for the third seed in the District IV, Class A Tournament and avoid a first round match-up with Southern Columbia. A win here would help but they need the Rangers to drop a couple games.

Wyalusing (12-9) at Athens (10-11), 7:30 p.m.: The Rams are locked in to the seventh seed in the District IV, Class AAA tournament, while the Wildcats are looking for a win to level up their record.

Tuesday, February 10
NP-Mansfield (11-10) at Towanda (16-5), 7:30 p.m.: A win here by Towanda likely keeps them at home for the first round of the District IV, Class AAA playoffs as they look to avenge a loss from earlier in the season.

NP-Liberty (8-12) at NEB (18-2), 7:30 p.m.:
The Panthers look to end the regular season strong as they face a Mountie squad that gave them a game last time out.

Thursday, February 12
Canton at Troy, 7 p.m.: The first round of the NTL Showcase, which is a rematch of last year. Troy won a defensive battle over the Warriors earlier in the season.

Towanda at NEB, 7 p.m.: The first one was a thriller as the Knights look to avenge that loss from earlier in the year. The Panthers beat them last season to reach the NTL Showcase final.

Saturday, February 14
NTL Showcase final at Mansfield University, 6 p.m.: The top two teams will play in the first game of a double-header, with Troy topping NEB a year ago.

SWIMMING & DIVING
Wednesday, February 11

Wellsboro at Towanda, 4:30 p.m.: The Knights’ regular season finale as they host the Hornets in a dual meet.
