NTL GIRLS WRESTLING: NEB'S KOLESAR CLAIMS SECOND STRAIGHT REGIONAL TITLE (February 28, 2026)

MILTON — NEB’s Anaiah Kolesar defended her Central Regional title, scoring two falls and a tech fall to claim gold on Saturday.

Kolesar (130) opened with a fall over Wallenpaupack’s Kaylee Newcomer in 24 seconds, then pinned Shikellamy’s Aubrey Rebuck in 1:25 in the semifinals.

In the finals she scored an 18-2 tech fall over Athens’ Hannah Rathburn.

Mackenzie Clark (124) went 1-2 on the day. She lost 11-3 to United’s Chloe Stiles in the preliminaries, but then scored a tech fall over Delaware Valley’s Olivia Larsen 21-6.

In the second round of consolations she lost 9-6 to Danville’s Kiera Johns.

Dariela Ramirez-Reyes (112) went 0-2 on the day.

She was pinned by Punxsutawney’s Evelynne Neal in 3:39 to open the tournament, then got pinned by Towanda’s Kaylen Sluyter in 4:59 in the consolations.
