ALTOONA — Canton standout Alexis McRoberts placed in a pair of events, and broke her own school record here Saturday afternoon at the 49th annual Altoona Area Igloo Invitational here at Mansion Park.

McRoberts placed second in the shot put with a peace of 35-feet, 8-inches.

She also finished fourth in the discus, breaking her own school-record with a toss of 128-feet, 11-inches.
