NTL SOFTBALL: NEB SOFTBALL DROPS CONTEST TO WILLIAMSON (April 1, 2026)

TIOGA JUNCTION — NEB softball dropped a 12-5 NTL contest to Williamson.

It was a high scoring first inning with the Warriors taking a 7-4 lead.

Williamson added two more runs in the second, then three more in the third as they pulled away.

NEB got their final run in the seventh.

Karmyn McPherson (2-for-4) had a double, an RBI, with two runs scored for the Panthers, as Orissa Gardner (1-for-4) had an RBI and a double.

Izzy Kapr (1-for-2) drove in two runs, with Ava Lambert (1-for-4) scoring a run, and driving one in.

Mackenzie Clark (1-for-4) and Madalyn Callear both crossed home, with Zoey Thetga (1-for-3) and Jaylin Wheaton (1-for-3) each getting hits.

Kristina Larnerd took the loss, striking out seven with two walks, and 12 runs scored.
