NTL TRACK & FIELD: TROY'S MOREY CLAIMS TWO GOLDS AT KIRBY CLASSIC (April 3, 2026)

CANTON — Troy’s Cameron Morey took home two golds from the Kirby Classic on Thursday.

Morey won the long jump (19-feet, 4 3/4-inches) and the triple jump (42-feet, 7 3/4-inches), while taking third in the high jump (5-feet, 8-inches).

Mason Wulff was seventh in the 800 (2:09.59), Kalvin Bristol was eighth in the discus (100-feet, 4-inches), and Lucas Norton was eighth in the 400 (57.62).

The 4x400 was fourth in 3:48.43, while their 4x100 took seventh in 49.73.

On the girls’ side Zyra Hougson was fourth in the long jump at 14-feet, 5-inches, and took fifth in the triple jump in 31-feet, 5 1/2-inches.

Parker Lee was third in the pole vault (8-feet), with Bella Wood finishing eighth in the discus (74-feet, 7-inches).

Their 4x400 (5:26.99) and 4x800 (12:12.15) both took fifth, as their 4x100 relay (58.42) was eighth.

The boys were seventh with 36.5 points and the girls took ninth with 25 points.
