NTL SOFTBALL: NEB FALLS AT CV (April 15, 2026)

WESTFIELD — In a continuation of Tuesday’s game that got suspended due to weather NEB softball fell to CV 9-1 in NTL action Wednesday.

The game was 6-0 when it was postponed as CV scored two in the first, and four more in the second.

They added another in the fifth, with their final two runs in the sixth. NEB got their run in the seventh.

Madilyn Callear (2-for-4) had an RBI as Ava Lambert scored the run.

Mackenzie Clark (1-for-3), Kristina Larnard (1-for-3), and Jaylin Wheaton (1-for-3) all had hits.

Callear took the loss, striking out three with two walks, 11 hits, and nine runs.

NEB (3-7) will host Williamson on Thursday.
