NTL SOFTBALL: NEB DROPS NTL GAME TO WILLIAMSON (April 16, 2026)
Northern Tier Sports ReportROME — NEB fell 12-1 in five innings to Williamson during NTL softball action Thursday.
It was 2-1 Warriors after one, then Williamson added three more in the second. They scored on in the third, then tacked on six in the fifth to secure the win.
Ava Lambert (1-for-2) had a double as Karmyn McPherson (1-for-3), Orissa Gardner (1-for-3), and Zoey Thetga (1-for-2) also had hits. Thetga knocked in a run as Madilyn Callear crossed home.
Kristina Larnard struck out four in the circle to take the loss. She allowed five walks, eight hits, and 12 runs in five innings of work.
Kenna Thomas struck out five in the win for Williamson with no walks, four hits, and one run. Thomas also went 1-for-3 with 3-RBI as Olivia Gee (2-for-3) scored three times, and drove in two runs.
In the bottom of the first Callear reached on an error then scored on Thetga’s 2-out single.
NEB (3-8) is at Susquehanna on Saturday.
