NTL BOYS TENNIS: TOWANDA DROPS 3-2 MATCH TO LAKE LEHMAN (April 23, 2026)

TOWANDA — Towanda lost a 3-2 boys tennis match to Lake Lehman during non-league action Thursday.

The two teams split the singles matches as Towanda took the first and fourth singles. At first singles Bayley Poll stayed undefeated, winning 6-0, 6-0 over Peter Liepach, while at fourth singles Black Knight Brody Hennessy won 6-1, 6-2 over Jayden Vanderhoof.

Towanda’s Emma Ackley lost a 3-set battle to Cole Kashatus, 6-1, 6-7 (7-5), 6-1 at third singles, while at second singles Matrix McCarter fell 6-1, 6-3 to Aiden Gallagher.

In the doubles matches Lake-Lehman took two of the three for the winning point.

Towanda’s duo of Poll and Kellen Colton won 6-1 over Liepach and Gallagher at first doubles, while at second doubles the Lake Lehman duo of Kashatus and Landon Rindock won 6-1 over McCarter and Ackley.

At third doubles Rindock and Vanderhoof beat Hennessy and Travyn Lewis 6-3.
