NTL SOFTBALL: CANTON FALLS TO WELLSBORO(April 24, 2026) Northern Tier Sports Report CANTON — Canton fell to Wellsboro, 6-0, during NTL softball action Friday.
The Hornets jumped out with two runs in the top of the first, then scored two more runs in the sixth and seventh innings each.
Cyan Hugo (1-for-1) and Raya Preston (1-for-3) had the two Warrior hits with Preston’s a double.
Preston struck out four in the loss with four hits, no walks, and six runs, one of which was earned.
Ady Frantz struck out 16 for the Hornets in the win, allowing two hits and one walk.
