NTL TRACK & FIELD: TOWANDA GIRLS EARN QUAD MEET SWEEP OVER NPM, TROY, NEB (April 28, 2026)

TOWANDA — The Towanda girls earned a quad meet sweep during NTL track and field action Tuesday.

The Lady Knights scored 98.5 points, ahead of NPM (83.5), Troy (69), and NEB (22). On the boys side NPM (112.5) won followed by Towanda (83.5), Troy (50), and NEB (25).

Towanda’s Izzy Larson won the 800 in 2:42.24 followed by NEB’s Sophie Bennett (2:46.87) and Troy’s Lilly Robbins (2:50.88).

Towanda’s Reese Sullivan was third in the 100 in 13.98. and in the 200 in 29.34. Larson was second in the 400 in 1:05.46.

Towanda’s Marty-Kate Eberlin won the 1600 in 5:43.64 with Bennett (5:58.88) in third.

Bennett won the 3200 in 12:54.75 followed by Towanda’s Kenzie Brown (14:13.30).

Troy’s Kylee Roy won the 100 hurdles in 17.65 followed by Towanda’s Katelyn Blokzyl (18.40).

Towanda went 1-2 in the 300 hurdles with Eberlin (53.30) and Karis Flynn (54.36).

Towanda’s Natalyn Morris won the high jump in 4-feet, 10-inches as Troy’s Zyra Houghson (4-feet, 10-inches) took second.

Trojan Maddy Keeney (13-feet, 11 3/4-inches) won the long jump with Towanda’s Marin Maynard (13-feet, 4 1/2-inches) in second. Roy was third in the triple jump in 28-feet, 2-inches.

Maynard won the pole vault in 10-feet followed by Troy’s Parker Lee (8-feet, 6-inches) and Black Knight Cheyenne Morgan (8-feet, 6-inches).

Towanda’s Mya Maynard won the discus in 96-feet, 11-inches as Troy’s Emma Mickley (88-feet) and Lydia Wolf (81-feet) went 2-3.

Mya Maynard (94-feet, 9-inches) and Eliana Cook (84-feet, 6-inches) went 1-2 in the javelin as Troy’s Parker Lee (79-feet, 2-inches) came in third.

Cook (34-feet, 8 3/4-inches) and Mya Maynard (34-feet, 1-inch) went 1-2 in the shot put as Mickley (29-feet, 9 1/2-inches) was third.

On the boys side Towanda’s Jazick Brown (11.62) won in the 100 with Troy’s Jasper Miller (12.07) in third. Brown won the 400 in 52.38 with teammate Emmett Klees (2:12.06) third in the 800.

Miller (24.20) won the 200 with teammate Mason Wulff (25.05) in third.

Klees won the 1600 in 4:43.78 followed by Wulff (4:55.53) and fellow Knight Quentin Little (4:57.09).

NEB’s Xavier Lockwood (11:18.82) won the 3200 as Little (14:13.05) was third.

Towanda’s Aiden Blokzyl (18.91) won the 110 hurdles with Troy’s Alex Breidt (20.44) in second. Troy’s Toby Stanton (48.41) and Blokzyl (50.40) went 2-3 in the 300 hurdles.

NEB’s 4x800 won in 9:04.68.

Troy’s Cameron Morey won the long jump (18-feet, 1 1/4-inches) with Towanda’s Keegan Stroud (17-feet, 9-inches) in second. Stroud (5-feet, 10-inches) was third in the high jump.

Towanda’s Tanner Vanderpool won the pole vault in 10-feet, 6-inches followed by Troy’s Ben Osgood (10-feet) and NEB’s Anthony Pousen (8-feet).

Troy’s Kalvin Bristol was second in the discus at 113-feet with Towanda’s Owen Mastellar (106-feet, 2-inches) in third. Black Knight Kolton McPeak was third in the javelin at 124-feet, 9-inches.

Towanda’s Markell Garner (39-feet, 8-inches) and Dom Miller (36-feet, 6-inches) went 2-3 in the shot put.
