CANTON GIRLS, BOYS SIXTH AT NTL JH TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS(May 5, 2026) Northern Tier Sports Report WELLSBORO — Canton’s two track and field teams both came in sixth at the NTL Junior High Championships Tuesday.
The girls scored 26 points, tying with Wyalusing, as the boys finished with 31.
Piper Tillotson was third in the 400 in 1:09.64, with Lyla Pepper (6:13.37) fifth in the 800.
Elsie Pepper (19.25) was third in the 100 hurdles.
The 4x100 (59.98) and the 4x400 (5:03.58) were both fifth.
On the boys’ side the 4x100 took sixth in 1:04.10.
