Northern Tier Sports ReportWILLIAMSPORT — Wyalusing baseball was 1-hit as they fell 6-0 to South Williamsport during non-league action Thursday.
After a scoreless first inning the Mounties scored one run in the next four innings, then finished with two runs in the sixth.
Griffin Sheldon (1-for-3) had the lone hit for the Rams.
Campbell Carr started, going 5 2/3-innings with eight hits, three strikeouts, one walk, and six runs, five of which were earned.
Jared VandeMark tossed the final third with one hit.
Wyalusing (3-15) travels to Wellsboro on Friday with a 4:30 p.m. start.
