NTL TRACK & FIELD: CANTON'S MCROBERTS LEADS NTL CONTINGENT DOWN AT THE PIAA TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS (May 20, 2026)

The seeds are out for the PIAA Track and Field Championships with NTL athletes garnering some high seeds.

Leading the way is Canton's Alexis McRoberts. The senior is the top seed in the discus (140-feet, 1-inch) and second in the shot put (40-feet, 11 1/4-inches), both in Class AA.

Wellsboro Lauren Kosek is the second seed in the 1600 (5:00.04) and in the 3200 (10:43), while Towanda's Maris Cobb (11:26.18) is the 15th seed in the 2-mile.

Towanda's Brynn Woodruff is the third seed in the javelin at 124-feet, 4-inches with teammate Marin Maynard the 15th seed in the pole vault 10-feet.

Hornet Piper Hoprich is the fourth seed in the both the 100 (12.17) and the 200 (25.22), with Williamson's Madalyn Bailey the eighth seed in the 800 (2:19.19) and the 29th seed in the long jump at 16-feet, 10 3/4-inches.

NP-Mansfield's Scarlett Graham is the 11th seed in the 400 in 59.33 as Williamson's 4x800 is the 11th seed at 9:47.37.

In Class AAA Athens' Abby Burgess is the 28th seed in the 100 in 12.40.

On the boys' side Canton's Lawrence Halbfoerster is the second seed in the 3200 (9:23.98) and the ninth seed in the second heat int he 1600 (4:24.53). Joining him in the second heat are Wellsboro's Henry Whitney (4:24.63) and NPM's Michael Knefley (4:24.67).

Wyalusing's Jonathan Earle is the ninth seed in the pole vault at 13-feet, 6-inches as Troy's Cameron Morey is the 28th seed in the triple jump at 43-feet, 4 1/2-inches.

In the high jump NPM's Colton Pellett (6-feet, 3-inches) is the 22nd seed, Wellsboro's David Seeling (6-feet, 3-inches) is the 21st seed, and NPM's Luke Kreger (6-feet, 3-inches) is the 19th seed.

NPM's 4x800 (8:07.97) is seeded seventh in the fast heat, while Wellsboro's (8:14.57) team is seeded fourth in the second heat.

In Class AAA Athens' Graham Wanck is seeded 10th in the first heat at 4:27.07.
