MANSFIELD — Troy Majors Softball fell to Southern Tioga, 10-0 in five innings, in the opening round of pool play during District 15 Little League action Thursday.

Southern jumped out with a 1-0 lead in the first. After a scoreless second they scored four in the third, three in the fourth, and two in the fifth to secure the win.

Haylee Estep (1-for-2) had the lone Troy hit while throwing two-thirds of an inning with three walks, one hit, and two runs.

Mariska P went the first four innings with three strikeouts, six walks, seven hits, and eight runs.

Troy will host Wellsboro on Friday with a 6 p.m. start.
