ATHENS — It was the second week of the Athens junior high girls hoops summer league.
The Lady Wildcats and Towanda both had sweeps as Athens defeated Wyalusing (41-31) and Troy (41-34), while Towanda beat Hughesville (38-4) and Wyalusing (39-20).
Troy topped Waverly (32-28) while the Lady Wolverines won over Hughesville (27-16).
