ROME — The NEB volleyball team was in the gym to finish off the first week of practice on Friday.

New coach Josh Lundy is their third head coach in three years.

"They've definitely been through a lot of changes with different coaching styles and stuff," he said. "But they've all been working really hard under me, and listening to what I'm saying."

NEB opens the season at the Williamson Invitational on August 29.
