TOWANDA — Towanda fell 3-2 to NP-Liberty during NTL girls tennis action Thursday.

The match beat the rain with the Knights winning the first two singles matches. Nadia Alderfer won 6-0, 6-1 over Marissa Bradford at first singles, while at second singles Dalila Vega beat Allison Bradford 6-1.

NPL took the second two singles matches with Caroline Cummings winning 6-1 over Olivia Masters at third singles, while at fourth singles Nola Hodder beat Rilyn Bonavita 6-0.

At first doubles Alderfer and Keira McNeal won 6-4 over Bradford and Khloe Heichel, but NPL's duo of Karley Hess and Allison Bradford edged out Vega and Masters, 10-7.

At third doubles the Towanda duo of Bonavita and McNeal lost 10-0 to Ella Meixel and Hodder.
