Canton volleyball took second in pool play at the Tunkhannock Tournament Sunday.

The Warriors went 4-2 in pool action, sweeping Nanticoke and Western Wayne but falling to Blue Ridge.

In bracket play they lost to Tunkhannock 25-23, 25-23.

Kaybree Kendall had 17 points, 10 aces, 21 digs, one kill, and three assists for the Warriors as Cailyn Van Noy notched 48 digs, six kills, one ace, one assist, and 15 points.

Makenna Seachrist finished with 15 kills, 15 digs, eighth points, and four aces, with Addy Cardona getting seven kills.

Emilia Pepper finished with 16 points, 11 kills, six digs, one assist, and three aces, as Danah Wesneski finished with 10 digs, four assists, seven kills, five points, and an ace.

Peyton Taylor had 23 assists, five kills, two digs, two aces, and six points, with Brennan Van Noy adding three points, 14 assists, four digs, and an ace. Hannah Walters chipped in with four kills, and two digs.
