MANSFIELD — Troy lost a hard fought NTL volleyball match to NP-Liberty, 3-1, on Thursday.

The Trojans lost the first two sets 25-18 and 25-20, but then pulled out a 26-24 win in the third set.

The Mounties rallied for a 25-16 win in the fourth set to take the match.

Haidyn Watson had 10 kills, five aces, one assist, and 21 digs for Troy as Alli Bailey had 16 digs, one ace, and one kill.

Alexa Lawrence added four kills, one assist, one ace, and 14 digs, while Bella Wood had three kills, and one dig.

Liana Lyon notched eight digs, 11 assists, four aces, and one kill, with Evelyn Schonher adding three kills.

Nya Watson had eight digs, one kill, and six assists, with Gracie Brown getting a kill, two aces, and two blocks.
