STATE COLLEGE — Towanda's Maris Cobb led her team to a 10th place finish at the Spiked Shoe Invitational Friday. 

Cobb (19:03.2) was seventh overall, followed by Izzy Larson (21:10.9) in 44th, and Mary-Kate Eberlin (21:18.5) in 48th. Kenzie Brown (23:50.3) took 116th, and Leila Cobb (23:54) finished 118th to round out their scorers. 

Angie Tavani (25:39.8) was 160th.

The Towanda boys took 11th with 280 points.

Emmett Klees (17:09.6) was 24th to lead the Knights with Boom Thompson (17:42.5) taking 42nd.

Brayden Cox (18:01.3) came in 58th, Philip Spinney (18:06.7) was 63rd, and Hagen Joens (19:08.5) finished 123rd to round out their scorers.

Jaydon Stranger (19:43.6) was 148th, Blake Ackley (19:44.1) took 150th, Wyatt Jones (19:55) was 155th, Jackson Frederick (20:06.8) came in 161st, Owen Brown (20:14.4) was 165th, Nate Little (20:15.8) finished 168th, and Hayden Blake (23:16) came in 241st.
