TOWANDA — Ben Shrawder had a hat trick as Towanda defeated Troy, 7-0, during NTL boys soccer action Thursday.

The game was stopped with 10:47 on the clock due to an injury to a Troy player.

Josh Maye, Lucas Vincent, and Brayden Spencer all had goals on the day, as Hudson Stevens, Noah Dalton, and Spencer each had assists.

Towanda had a 19-5 edge in shots, and 8-0 advantage in corner kicks.

Landon Lee finished with 20 saves in net for Troy while Towanda's Blaiz Nichols had one save for the clean sheet.

Maye opened the scoring just over 10 minutes in off an assist from Stevens. Five minutes later Troy had an own goal for a 2-0 lead.

Shrawder then had back to back goals, while late in the first half Spencer scored off a Dalton helper.

In the second half Vincent scored off a Spencer assist, then Shrawder found the back of the net one last time for the hat trick.

Towanda travels to NEB on Monday with Troy welcoming NP-Liberty.
