LITTLE LEAGUE: TROY, TOWANDA STAY ALIVE IN MAJORS BASEBALL ACTION (2021-06-28)

MANSFIELD — Troy and Towanda stayed alive in District 15 Majors baseball action on Monday, with the two teams slated to face each other in Troy on Wednesday.

Troy edged Southern Tioga 5-3, while Towanda rolled past Tioga-L’Ville 20-2.

At the other end of the loser’s bracket Susquehanna Area defeated RTL 14-4, while Tunkhannock blanked Blue Ridge 15-0.

Also playing that day are the winner’s bracket semifinalists: Athens at Sayre, and Wellsboro at Allegheny Mountain. 

All games are at 6 p.m.
