SUMMER LEAGUE HOOPS: TOWANDA COMES UP SHORT AGAINST CANDOR (2021-07-21)

WAVERLY, N.Y. — Towanda battled Candor tough, but came up short during Waverly Summer League quarterfinal action Wednesday.

Towanda lost 50-44 in a nip-and-tuck game that saw Candor pull away at the end.

Candor went on to lose to Athens in the semifinals 53-42. Athens lost the finals 57-43 to Watkins Glen.
