NTL VOLLEYBALL: CANTON'S WILLIAMS HEADLINES BRADFORD COUNTY ALL-STARS (2021-12-01)
Northern Tier Sports ReportCanton had one of their best seasons in school history on the volleyball court, and, with that success, have earned three of the major awards for the Bradford County Volleyball All-Stars.
Aislyn Williams is the Player of the Year, Keri Wesneski is the Newcomer of the Year, and their coaching staff led by Sheila Wesneski is the Coaching Staff of the Year.
Towanda’s Paige Manchester is the Offensive Player of the Year, and Wyalusing’s Priscilla Newton is the Defensive Player of the Year.
The first team consists of Williams, Newton, Manchester, NEB’s Emily Susanj, Wyalusing’s Emilee Otis, and Canton’s Jillaney Hartford.
On the second team are Athens’ Jenny Ryan, Canton’s Rachel Martin and Wesneski, Towanda’s Brea Overpeck, and Wyalusing’s London Edwards and Reanne Rodriguez.
The third team consists of Towanda’s Maddy Maynard, Troy’s Meredith Cole and Madison Vargas, Athens’ Ally Martin, Canton’s Allyson Butcher, and NEB’s Lauren Lewis and Emma Neuber.
