A big week as its win or go home for baseball and softball, while the state’s best meet in track and field.

TRACK & FIELD

Friday, May 27 - Saturday, May 28

PIAA Track and Field Championships, 9 a.m.: Several NTL athletes, and two relays, will take part in a competition of the state’s best.


BASEBALL

Tuesday, May 24

Wyalusing vs South Williamsport at Canton, 4:30 p.m.: The Rams will face South in the Class AA, District IV semifinals. The two teams split a year ago, with the Mounties beating Wyalusing in the district playoffs.


SOFTBALL

Tuesday, May 24

Wyalusing vs Muncy at Elm Park, 4:30 p.m.: The Rams head straight to the final four in the District IV, Class AA playoffs. The winner will take on the winner of South Williamsport and Northwest.


CV at Canton, 4:30 p.m.: The two teams meet for the third time this season, with CV taking the first two during the regular season. Canton beat CV in this round a year ago in the playoffs.


Thursday, May 26

CV/Canton vs NEB at Elm Park, 5 p.m.: The top seeded Panthers get a bye into the semifinals, and will take on an NTL opponent. They swept CV, and went 1-1 against Canton this year.
