It was just two football teams left in action, with Canton winning their second straight district title over Muncy.

In the 42-7 win Hayden Ward ran for 98 yards with a touchdown, while also getting nine tackles, including two tackles for a loss. That makes him the Boys’ Athlete of the Week.

Notables: Canton’s Riley Parker* ran for 119 yards and four touchdowns on 17 carries…Troy’s Clayton Smith* finished with 93 yards rushing and a score on 13 carries in a loss to Southern Columbia.
