A very talented group of Minors softball All-stars took the field this year, with three area teams finishing in the top three in District 15 as Troy led the way with a district title.

Troy went 6-0 during pool and bracket play, out scoring teams 62-5, and then nearly won a sectional title, losing two close games to Jersey Shore.

Towanda (7-2) ended up in second place, giving Troy their toughest district game, 6-2 in the championship. They also won their pool.

RTL (4-2) also won their pool, while reaching the winner’s bracket title game against Troy.

Both Canton (0-4) and NEBall (0-4) battled through the season.

TOP PERFORMERS

Blaklee Brown, Troy - She hit .666 on the year with 16 runs scored, three doubles, two triples, and 10-RBI, while striking out 130 in 52 innings of action.

Millie Pepper, Troy - She hit .500 with seven runs scored on the year.

Marley Palmer, Troy - She hit .416 with nine runs scored, two doubles, and 8-RBI.

Ally Allen, Troy - She hit .333 with four runs scored, four doubles, and 3-RBI.

Mya McClure, Troy - She hit .285 with three runs scored, a double, a triple, and 3-RBI. 

Blair Teribury, Troy - She had a double, six runs scored, and 9-RBI on the season.

Nina Gallagher, Towanda - She hit .539 with 10 runs scored, two doubles, and a triple.

Rhyann Kithcart, Towanda - She hit .455 with nine runs scored, while striking out 51 in the circle.

Ailyn Dulaney, Towanda - She hit .500 with two doubles, and eight runs scored.

Bristol Edsell, Towanda - She hit .429 with four runs scored.

Addy Jankowski, Towanda - She hit .390 with two doubles, while striking out 12 in the circle.

Lily Strope, Towanda - She hit .364 with seven runs scored.

Lily Bartholomew, Towanda - She hit .353 with four runs scored.

Emma Bride, Towanda - She hit .333 with nine runs scored.

Elli Thompson, Towanda - She hit .294 with nine runs scored.

Lacee Warner, RTL - She hit .580 with a home run and 43 strikeouts in the circle.

Lola Spencer, RTL - She hit .600 on the season.

Brae Cobb, RTL - She hit .500 on the year with a home run.

Anna Huston, RTL - She hit .510 on the year.
