A light day for NTL action Wednesday, but one big game, as Athens travels to Troy in boys’ basketball.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

Athens at Troy, 6 p.m.: The top two teams from the NTL Division-I from a year ago. This will be Troy’s season opener while the Wildcats are 1-1 on the young season.

CV at Canton, 6 p.m.: Canton will look to build on their win over Sayre on Tuesday as they host the Indians. They won 68-58 over the ‘Skins.

Williamson at Towanda, 6 p.m.: The Knights open the season at home, Tuesday, against the Warriors. Williamson lost their season opener to Athens 81-33 last Saturday.

WRESTLING

Canton at Williamson, 7 p.m.: The battle of the Warriors as Canton looks to build on their 40-22 win over Athens on Tuesday.
