NTL GIRLS' SOCCER: DUNN NETS SIX, TOWANDA DOWNS SULLIVAN COUNTY (2023-09-25)

LAPORTE — Another soccer game, another big night from Towanda’s Anna Dunn. The junior racked up six goals in her team’s 7-3 win over Sullivan County during non-league action Monday.

The Knights led 5-2 at the half, then out scored Sullivan 2-1 in the second half.

Mya Maynard had their other goal, while Clara Glantz made nine saves in goal for Towanda. Sullivan out shot Towanda 16-14 with both teams getting three corner kicks, each.

It’s the sixth time this year that Dunn has scored three goals or more in a match.

Towanda (4-6) is on a 3-match winning streak as they host Williamson Tuesday with a 6 p.m. start.
