NTL BOYS' SOCCER: NEB FALLS AT WELLSBORO (2023-09-25) Northern Tier Sports Report WELLSBORO — Northeast Bradford boys’ soccer dropped a 6-0 match at Wellsboro on Monday during NTL action.
The Hornets jumped out to a 5-0 lead at the half en route to the win.
Caden Smith had a hat trick for Wellsboro, as Micaiah Fitch scored twice, and Lucas Cuneo had the other goal.
The Hornets out shot NEB 12-1 with a 7-3 edge in corner kicks. Andrew Beers finished with four saves for the Panthers, while Mitchell Butler got the shut out for Wellsboro with one save.
NEB will travel to Troy on Wednesday with a 4 p.m. start.
