NTL CROSS-COUNTRY: WYALUSING NABS WINS OVER SULLIVAN COUNTY (2023-09-26)

WYALUSING — Wyalusing boys and girls runners picked up a pair of wins during NTL action Tuesday as they both defeated Sullivan County.

The boys won 22-33 as they went 1-2-3 in the race. Trennan Tewksbury (19:54) won followed by teammates Parker Cunningham (20:09) and Bradyn Johnson (20:16). 

After three Griffins Jack Fisher (21:41) took seventh, while Tyler Caplan (22:54) rounded out the top five in ninth.

The Lady Rams won 15-49 as thy took the top six spots. Megan King (22:34) won followed by Riley Porter (23:18), Laina Beebe (23:31), Kassandra Kerin (24:37), and Kira Allen (24:41).

Wyalusing went 1-2 to win the boys’ junior high race, 22-35, as Aidan Neiley (10:21) was first. The Griffins won the girls’ junior high race, 18-40. Leading Wyalusing was Marci Gowin (13:34) in fourth.
