NTL GOLF: COACHES NAME THEIR ALL-STARS (2023-10-02)

Several area golfers earned NTL All-star recognition by the coaches after last week’s final match.

With an average of 83.71 Wyalusing’s Nick Salsman earned first team honors with teammate Kaeden Kusmierz (90.29) taking home second team honors.

For Towanda Graham Welles (88.14) also earned second team honors, with teammate Teagan Irish earning the Taylor Award.

The rest of the first team consists of Athens’ Evan Cooper (79.29), the Golfer of the Year, along with teammates Dylan Saxon (81.86) and Eli Hicks (82.86). CV’s Jordan Vargason (81.43) and NPM’s Andy Hermanson (83.29).

On the second team are Wellsboro’s Hayden Zuchowski (86.29), Athens’ Brady Darrow (89.71), and his teammate Nick Jacob (91..57).

Wellsboro’s Hannalee Cleveland (94) was named the Female Golfer of the Year, Hick was named the Rookie of the Year, and Darrow took home the Most Improved award.
