NTL BOYS' BASKETBALL: NEW HEAD COACH WILLIAMS TO LEAD NEW LOOK WARRIORS (2023-11-18)

CANTON — It will be a new look Canton boys’ basketball team, from the players all the way up to their new head coach, Jim Williams.

“We’re all excited to get started,” said Williams. “I’ve been doing this for a long time. Coach Kitchen left us a good foundation, and we’re ready to go, and keep building on that.”

Williams was a longtime JV coach under Kitchen as he moves one seat over beginning this season.

“There’s always the added responsibilities that comes with it,” remarked Williams. “I’m learning that as it comes. We’ll see when the games start, it’s exciting, though.”

The Warriors were working hard out on the court as they look to use to last year’s winning campaign as a springboard into this season.
