ROME — The Troy junior high boys’ basketball team won the NEB Tournament title on Saturday.

They went 3-0, beating Athens (39-19) and Wyalusing (40-27) in pool play, then defeated Towanda 36-20 in the title game.

Spencer Martin was named the tournament MVP.
