In the third Stanton led off with a walk, then reached third on Ridall’s double two batters later. Bellows reached on an error, followed by Ayres drawing a walk, which scored Stanton.
Champluvier reached on a fielder’s choice as Wyalusing got Ridall out at home. However, Palmer hit in Bellows and Ayres to make it 9-0.
Knapp’s hit would bring in Champluvier and Palmer followed by Knapp scoring on a James hit. James later scored on an error off the bat of Reed for the 13-0 lead.
In the fourth Ayres led off with a hit, followed by a Champluvier double putting runners on second and third. Palmer would ground out to bring in Ayres, followed by Champluvier scoring on a pass ball for the 15th run.
