NTL BOYS' BASKETBALL: TROY HAS THREE MAJOR AWARD WINNERS FOR NTL ALL-STARS (2024-04-02)

Troy picked up three Major Awards for NTL boys’ All-Stars recently, with Evan Woodward named the Defensive Player of the Year, Lance Heasley the Sixth Man of the Year, and Troy’s staff being the Coaching Staff of the Year.

Towanda’s Teagan Irish was named the Offensive Player of the Year, while NPM’s Karson Dominick was the Player of the Year.

The first team for Large School consists of Dominick, Irish, Woodward, along with Troy’s Jack Burbage, Lincoln Chimics, Collin Loveland, and Jackson Taylor. Also on first team are Wellsboro’s Hayes Campbell and Athens’ Connor Mosher.

The second team are Wyalusing’s Trehnon Hugo and Nick Vanderpool Jr., Twoanda’s Bayley Poll, Wellsboro’s Caden Smith, NPM’s Cooper Shaw, and Athens’ Corey Miller.

The first team for Small School are NEB’s Cooper Brown, CV’s Jordan Vargason, Canton’s Ben Fitch, Sayre’s Nick Pellicano, Williamson’s Kristian Mizdail, and NPL’s Louis Mercantino.

The second team is made up of Canton’s Talin Williams, NEB’s Cayden McPherson, CV’s Fletcher Good, Sayre’s Zach Senese, Williamson’s Jack Nolan, and NPL’s Blake Oakley.
