NTL BOYS' TENNIS: TOWANDA EDGES MUNCY (2024-04-20)

MUNCY — Towanda swept the singles matches as they edged Muncy, 3-2, in non-league boys’ tennis action Saturday.

At first singles Bayley Poll won 6-2, 6-2 over Zach Slamka, while at second singles Haven Poll won 6-3, 6-3 against Kohen Moyer.

At third singles Diego Olivier defeated Patrick McGary 6-0, 6-2.

At first doubles Muncy’s Clynt Oden and Brock Minier won 6-0, 6-2 against Rian Hennessey and Matrix McCarter, 6-0, 6-2. 

At second doubles Muncy’s duo of Alex Messenger and Gabe Stark beat Jameson Harkness and Robbie Roof 6-0, 6-0.

Towanda (5-5) will travel to NP-Liberty for a double-header on Monday, starting at 3 p.m.
