WYALUSING — Wyalusing celebrated two champions at their annual Lasagna Invitational on Friday.

On the girls’ side Olivia Haley won the 400 in 58.71 while for the boys Dylan Johns took the high jump title at 6-feet, 2-inches.


Also for the girls, Haley was third in the 100 (13.11) and the 200 (27.12) with Mia Wilcox third in the triple jump (31-feet, 2 1/2-inches) and fifth in the pole vault (9-feet).


Their 4x100 relay of Kassandra Kerin, Vayda Rought, Makenzie Kitner, and Haley took third in 53.04, while their 4x800 relay of Megan King, Alysha Botts, Riley Porter, and Kerin took sixth in 10:50.25.


Alyssa Neagle was fourth in the triple jump at 30-feet, 11 1/4-inches, Clare Allen took seventh in the javelin in 88-feet, 6-inches, Gabrielle Palfreyman was seventh in the discus at 89-feet, 11-inches, and Alissa Baldwin finished eight in the discus at 82-feet, 7-inches.


For the boys James Rogan was third in the 110 hurdles (17.38), Jonathan Earle was third in the pole vault (11-feet, 6-inches), and Johns took eighth in the javelin at 123-feet, 8-inches.


Their 4x100 relay of Shay Gartland, Joey Gonsauls, Zibiah Walton, and Johns took fourth in 46.32, while their 4x800 team of Ethan VanDerPool, Landen Kauffmann, John Heeman, and Bradyn Johnson was fourth in 8:59.93.


The girls team finished fifth with 40.5 points while the boys tied with NEB for eighth with 33 points.
