NTL TRACK & FIELD: KAPR, 4X800 BRING HOME WINS AT NTL CHAMPIONSHIPS (2024-05-11)
Northern Tier Sports ReportATHENS — The Northeast Bradford boys’ track and field team took sixth at the NTL Championships Friday, finishing with 55 points.
Aiden Kapr had a big day, taking first in the 300 hurdles in 42.60 and fifth in the javelin at 127-feet, 9-inches.
The 4x800 relay won in 8:31.35, the 4x400 took third in 3:38.73, and their 4x100 was seventh in 49.73.
Creed Dewing finished second in the 800 in a season best 2:02.87 with teammate Brayden Miller fourth in 2:07.94. Ryan Jones came in fifth in 2:09.57, while also taking seventh in the 3200 in 10:40.48.
Tyler Russell reached the podium in the discus at 122-feet, 3-inches.
