NTL TRACK & FIELD: LAUDERMILCH PACES NEB GIRLS TO TIE FOR THIRD AT NTL CHAMPIONSHIPS (2024-05-11)

ATHENS — The Northeast Bradford girls’ track and field team tied for third at the NTL Championships Friday.

The Panthers scored 79 points, the same as Wyalusing, with Athens (154) and Wellsboro (104) going 1-2.


Gracelyn Laudermilch paced the team with two wins, taking the 1600 (5:14.30) and the 3200 (11:28.55).


They also had three medalists in the 800 - Anaiah Kolesar (2:35.01) in third, Lillie Maynard (2:35.99) in fourth, and Lilah Hughes (2:37.53) in fifth.


Maynard was fourth in the 400 (1:04.22) with Melanie Shumway (1:07.33) taking sixth. Shumway took fifth in the 200 in 28.35.


Amelia Kapr was fifth in the 300 hurdles in 52.91, and seventh in the 100 hurdles at 18.54.


Emma Neuber was second in the shot put in 32-feet, 10 1/2-inches as Cora Franklin took fifth in 29-feet, 1/2-inch.


Neuber was fourth in the javelin at 93-feet, 5-inches, with Franklin sixth in the discus at 85-feet, 5-inches.
