AOW: NEB'S CALLEAR HAS STRONG WEEK IN THE CIRCLE (2024-06-02)

No boys’ teams played this past week but a couple girls’ teams were in playoff softball action, as Troy and Northeast Bradford competed in the district semifinals early in the week, both taking season ending losses.

One was NEB, which saw Makenna Callear throw one of her best games of the season. She had six strikeouts, six hits, three walks, and one earned run as the Panthers lost 1-0 to the eventual district runners-up, Muncy. That earns her the Female Athlete of the Week honors.
