NTL VOLLEYBALL: NEB SWEEPS SAYRE (2024-09-06)

ROME — NEB topped Sayre 3-0 to stay undefeated in NTL volleyball action Thursday.

The Panthers won the sets 25-9, 25-13, and 25-6.

Abby O’Connor had 12 kills, five blocks, and a dig as Toni Herb notched seven kills, five digs, and two aces.

Kiarra DeLancey had 28 digs and 10 assists, with Kelsea Moore getting three aces, and 20 assists.

Abby Chobot finished with five kills, three digs, one assist, and one ace, while Zaelea Lane had five digs, two assists, two aces, and one kill. Sayde Heines chipped in with a block.

NEB won the JV match 25-10 and 25-14.

Madalyn Smith had two aces, six assists, and two digs as Lily Gernert finished with five kills and two blocks.

Ella Cooley had three aces, one kill, and four digs as Carlie Wheaton had three kills. 

Olivia Reeves notched two aces with a dig, Cheyenne Mahoney had an assist, Jaylin Wheaton had a dig, and Brianna Pelka finished with a kill.
